Upstairs Rooftop Pool & Bar
Perched above the live oak canopy, Upstairs is a rooftop escape where the pace of New Orleans seems to slow. Spend the day beside the pool with the city at your feet, enjoying light bites and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. The pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and day pass holders.
Beginning at 4pm daily, the bar opens to the public, welcoming everyone to gather for drinks, small plates, and sunset views. Check out the Events Calendar for happy hour and programming details.
Hotel Guests
The pool is an exclusive amenity for hotel guests and a limited number of day pass holders to help preserve a relaxed, comfortable experience for everyone on the rooftop.
Your stay includes:
- Complimentary access to the rooftop pool, daily from 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Pool towels for your visit
- Full access to Upstairs Pool & Bar
- Bar service beginning at 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch served 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Light bites available 3:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
Reservations
We recommend reserving your pool chair, lounger, or table in advance to guarantee availability during your stay. Please contact the Front Desk to make a reservation.
Pool Guidelines
- Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
Day Pass
Day passes are available for purchase online and include access Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Your day pass includes:
- Access to the rooftop pool and bar
- A $75 food & beverage credit toward drinks and bites
- Pool towels for your visit
- Day Pass: $125 per person
Please note:
- Pool loungers are reserved for hotel guests but are available to day pass holders on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
- Pets are not permitted.

Our rooftop can accommodate private section bookings for groups of 10-50 people, or up to 150 guests for higher volume occasions. Whatever your individual needs, this is a space that leaves an impression.
